Community Engagements - AMDG

Leadership that serves. Gratitude that returns.

Community Engagements - AMDG brings people together for thoughtful, practical community action. Francine leads the initiative with a simple belief: leadership means being present in the work and making space for others to serve with dignity.

FMB

Founder-led in direction, community-powered in action. Every person who helps is part of the work and every person served deserves respect.

Our promise

As our work grows, so will the good we return.

Every project, partnership, and milestone created through our work will make room for a good deed. It is our way of giving thanks, returning care, and remembering that meaningful success should reach beyond ourselves.

Founder and initiative lead

She leads from inside the work.

Francine Marie Bautista sets the direction, gathers people around a shared purpose, and remains present when the work begins. Her role is not to stand apart from volunteers, but to help create the structure, care, and clarity that allow everyone to contribute well.

This initiative reflects the heart of With love, FMB: listen first, protect dignity, use our skills responsibly, and turn gratitude into something useful for others.

Service in action

One lead, many helping hands, one shared purpose.

Francine remains at the heart of the initiative while the full story makes room for the volunteers, families, children, logistics team, and helping hands who made the day possible.

Before applying

Care needs structure.

Volunteer work should feel meaningful and safe for everyone involved. Each accepted role should come with a clear task, privacy expectations, relevant guidance, and a person to contact.

  • Be respectful, dependable, and willing to follow instructions.
  • Protect private information and ask before taking or sharing photos.
  • Stay within the role and raise concerns early.
  • Work calmly with people from different backgrounds and identities.

Important: Volunteers are not asked to act as therapists, crisis responders, lawyers, or medical professionals unless properly qualified, formally assigned, and operating within an appropriate service.

To everyone who chooses to help, thank you.

Francine may lead the initiative, but service becomes real because people offer their time, hands, knowledge, and care. This page keeps her at the center of the vision while giving every volunteer their rightful place in the work.
